Hi guys… sorry I have been so absent… but all for a good reason. I am building a new site for this blog and its taking me a while to build it and transfer all the recipes and articles from the tumblr blog hence why there has been nothing new from me of late… I have lots of things banked up. Thanks for your patients. Hope you are all cooking and eating well.
Buon Appetito :)
After all this time I have finally worked out how to allow comments to be available for my blog posts. So now you can add comments to the individual posts! Wonderful…!!!!

Love the blog! Well done :) can you teach me how to make orecchiette? hehe

Mouth watering I sat down to this beautiful chicken and as I tasted my first bite… OMG… it was sooo salty :(

Today was one of those days and I found out some great news. The choclatier team at Koko black has teamed up with one of my favorite Melbourne based Italian chefs, Guy Grossi to create a range of Italian inspired handmade chocolates.
